Hey Hey Reader,

You already can tell that we are living in an interesting time.

.... and people are watching their budgets more carefully. Businesses are looking for ways to work smarter and AI is changing how work gets done.

The holiday season is already beginning much earlier than many of us realize.

But here is what I don't want you to miss:

There is still opportunity.

And some of that opportunity may be sitting inside something you already know how to do.

Maybe you know how to organize.

Maybe you know how to teach.

....and maybe it is time to write that book.

Maybe you are great at helping people get from Point A to Point B, planning events, working with customers, cooking, decorating, coaching, or writing.

Right now, businesses are looking for people who know how to use new tools, including AI, but they are also looking for something technology cannot replace so easily:

Judgment.
Experience.
Creativity.
Communication.
Connection.
Your perspective.

The question I want you to ask yourself this week is:

What do people already come to me for?

Then take it one step further:

How could I turn that knowledge into something useful that someone would be willing to pay for?

It doesn't have to start with a huge business plan.

You might start with a 30 minute consultation.

A workshop.

A downloadable guide.

A holiday service.

A small freelance project.

A tutorial.

A package built around something you already do well.

Opportunity has a hard time finding people who keep hiding.

This season, I want you to think differently about visibility.

Visibility isn't simply posting more on social media.

It's making sure people understand who you are, what you know, what you can do and how you can help.

Your next opportunity may not require you to learn something completely new.

It may require you to finally do something with what you already know.

I'll be talking much more about this as we head into the holiday season.

Until then, take inventory of your talents.

There may be more opportunity sitting there than you think.
