Is Your Business Holiday-Ready? Here’s How to Prepare

Hi Reader,

It's Monday, September 8, 2025, and time is moving swiftly.

The holiday season is right around the corner—yes, already! For many businesses, it’s the most profitable time of year, but here’s the truth: success doesn’t happen in December—it starts with the preparation you put in now. Did you know that 70 to 80% of your clients are going to come from your social media platform DMs and your tree (Linktr.ee)? - do you have those things in place?

That’s why I want to help you get ahead of the curve with tips and resources that will position your products and services exactly where your audience—corporate teams, entrepreneurs, schools, or individual consumers—needs them.

Start preparing your offers now with these tips: (then scroll down to bottom for snipplet of The Ad Secret).

  1. Review your current products and services. Ask yourself: Which ones solve a holiday-season problem or make life easier for my audience?
  2. Bundle and package creatively. Whether it’s “gifts for teams” or “end-of-year specials,” presentation matters.
  3. Leverage digital products. eBooks, guides, templates, and courses make excellent, instant-access holiday offers.
  4. Create urgency. Limited-time offers, early bird pricing, or holiday-only bonuses increase conversions.
  5. Plan your promotion calendar. Social posts, emails, and special landing pages should be lined up now, not later.

I recently shared some insights in The Ad Secret for you who are in business and ready to run those ads—you can catch the replay here: [Replay Video Link].

Resources to Help You Get Holiday-Ready:

  • [Link to digital products and services]
  • Holiday content calendar templates (so you can map out your messaging)
  • Recommended tools for creating offers (just a few that I use and have used):
    • Canva Pro (design templates)
    • ConvertKit / Mailchimp (email campaigns)
    • Google Drive / ConvertKit / Shopify / WooCommerce / Gumroad (digital product delivery)

Here’s what I’d love from you:
Reply to this email and let me know what you’re planning for the holiday season—or what support you need. Whether it’s packaging your offer, creating digital products, or mapping out your customer journey, I want to hear from you.

Let’s make this holiday season your most successful yet.

Cheering you on,

One thing I’ve learned through teaching, coaching, and building alongside so many of you is this: when purpose is fulfilled, great things really do happen — but only when we’re willing to do the work. So many people have ideas. Fewer take the steps to nurture them, shape them, and position them for growth. Whether we met through an event, a coaching session, or online, I’ve watched you show up with curiosity, ambition, and...

Hello and happy Friday, Reader, I just wanted to drop in today and provide you with some FACTS and what you should really be considering because of them. Did you know, that over 300,000 black women in America (degreed and all) have been laid off or pushed out of their position? Now the word on the street is that the plan is to remove positions in the work force, which adds up to greater rates. This is not by accident. If it has not occurred to you, be thankful, However, we all have been or...
