Reader, I already know you have a social network page, even more than one. (smiley face). The question is, are you utilizing it EFFECTIVELY for what it CAN be utilized for when doing business? You see, Reader, when it comes to these platforms, I know your goal is to entertain people by showing the different places you may have been, making them laugh with funny jokes and memes, to inspire others to keep moving forward or educate them within your area of expertise. Am I right? Otherwise, why would you be posting? As we are about to enter into 2024 with our upcoming masterclass on 01/27/2024, I want you to truly think about those 3. What are you really trying to portray? Let's get some clarity here as we move forward. These platforms do like consistency. Another important thing is I want you to think about what kind of customer experience your audience gets when they come across your feed or walk into your establishment (physical presence). Do they feel warm, feel excited when they see you and look forward to more or just move on? In any journey mapping initiative, it is all about finding a balance between the customer experience and business goal(s) by taking an up-close look at your customer's journey. So, let's start by setting a goal for yourself. During our masterclass, you will develop a brand strategy, create a buyer's persona, amongst other things. If you don't know what I mean now, you will. Because after understanding exactly where your business could be sagging, after defining the goal of your mapping initiative, you need to decide on the persona whose experience affects your business most, learn what their journey looks like, and understand what needs to be improved.
